The MARIO School Trainer & Coach Program empowers selected staff members to become in-house experts who lead sustainable onboarding (following MARIO’s initial implementation), facilitate ongoing professional learning, and deliver advanced workshops. In this role, School Trainers & Coaches guide their colleagues through peer feedback, modelling, and mentorship to ensure consistency, sustainability, and fidelity. Throughout this process, your dedicated MARIO School Success Team continues to partner with your school, working alongside your Trainer & Coach to further strengthen student-teacher relationships and improve student success in ways that are responsive to your community’s unique needs. This is an 8 month program and robust learning experience.
